የብርቱካናማው ስኳር ድንች የስነ ምግብ እና ጤና በረከቶች
The International Potato Center (CIP), People in Need (PIN) and Emory University implement together the European Union (EU) financed Quality Diet for Better Health (QDBH) orange-fleshed sweet potato (OFSP) biofortification project in Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR) in Ethiopia. The projects covers the entire chain from participatory variety assessment and selection through the production of planting material, vine dissemination and nutrition education to value chain development and the production of OFSP enriched processed food. While providing a full overview this video focuses on value chain development highlighting small and medium scale entrepreneurs who produce injera, bread and doughnuts.
