Volume 1 consists of the following topics: Topic 1: Helping Adults to Learn – discusses characteristics of good facilitators, and provides suggestions to help improve one’s facilitation skills. Topic 2: Origin and Importance of Sweetpotato – describes the historical origins and spread of sweetpotato and presents an overview of the current uses of and production figures for sweetpotato across the world. Topic 3: Sweetpotato Varietal Selection and Characteristics – describes a method for comparing the different characteristics and varieties of sweetpotato.
