The 2014 Orange-Fleshed Sweetpotato for Africa Catalogue is now available. It provides an up-to-date comprehensive look at newly-released and upcoming releases of Orange-Fleshed Sweetpotato (OFSP) varieties, in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). This new catalogue is a revision of the 1st edition published in 2010. The catalogue is arranged with one OFSP variety per page, with each page containing morphological characteristics, root attributes, and other major attributes along with consumer and processing qualities of the variety. This catalogue is a fantastic reference for anyone working with OFSP in SSA. The information will be relevant to different stakeholders, scientists, development practitioners, extensionists, and donors. The production of the catalogue was accomplished with funding from the Sweetpotato Action for Security and Health in Africa (SASHA) project.
