Reaching agent of change (RAC) is an innovating and risky design. Despite being risky a learning process was consciously integrated to decision making at all levels. As this presentation outlines, various observations were made that informed more on next steps. In conclusion, RAC is deemed valuable in future designs to address upscaling issues.
