Presentation: Improving and Institutionalizing the “Everything you Ever Wanted to Know About Sweetpotato” Course: Round Two Experience

The Reaching agents of change (RAC) development meant to build capacity and increase investments in Orange fleshed sweetpotato (OFSP). This presentation reviews the improvement and institutionalization of the ‘‘Everything you ever wanted to know about sweetpotato’’ 10 days course. Briefly, 3 rounds of training targeting Trainer of Trainees (ToT) to run the course on different audiences beyond life of RAC. Further, an outline of success and failures on manuals, pre-training and step-down courses is given. Lastly, factors aiding RAC success and achievements conclude this work.
