This presentation, made during the 2017 MLE CoP annual meeting, presents Modules 3 and 4 of the Monitoring and Evaluation manual,  whose goal is not only to provide the paper-based data collection instrument and a description of how to collect this information, but also provide a program (using Open Data Kit software) for collecting data with tablets in the field, a program for entering the data (using the data entry program CSPro) and program files for statistical analysis of the entered data using STATA.
