This document outlines two main aims of Reaching Agents of Change (RAC) in Tanzania. They include, increasing investment and resources allocation for orange-fleshed sweetpotato (OFSP), and policy changing to support OFSP scale up. In this aims, objective descriptions, success indicators, targets, advocacy approach and activities, allies, and risk and assumptions are made.
