Learn Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Sweetpotato!

The Reaching Agents of Change (RAC) Project developed a seven volume training of trainers (ToT) manual on “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know about Sweetpotato” as part of its efforts to build the capacity of senior extensionists and leaders of farmer organizations who will train others about the latest developments in sweetpotato production and utilization in Sub-Saharan Africa. The manual consists of 14 topics along the sweetpotato value chain that are incorporated in a 10-day ToT course. The course is based on adult learning techniques. The last two topics focus on the course programme, preparations and reflections on how future editions of the manual could be improved.
